We have: 5x double rooms , 1x triple room , 1x quadruple room , 1x single room , as well as two apartments (four beds) and one DUPLEX apartment of 140 m2 with kitchen, washing machine (highly equipped).
The furniture in the rooms is handmade from natural materials. We use high-quality mattresses and anti-allergic pillows and anti-allergic bedding.

1992. we open the first private company,
1996. Passage cafe opens in
2003. year, we open our first lodging,
2010. In 2018, we are expanding the lodging outside of Sremska Mitrovica. We are opening the holiday house Karalić in Ležimir, on Fruška Gora.

Daily room cleaning and towel change service. Bed linen is changed every 3 days and as needed.
